The Softrim™ Process
When hanging plants are dry and ready for bucking, they’re ready for Softrim. The bucked flower is loaded directly into the Softrim bud trimmer machine, ideally located in the dry room. Softrim then uses internal, rotating, soft silicone fingers to break the dried brittle sugar leaves off the dense flower.
The result: an end product that provides the highest levels of trichomes and cannabinoids per bud, leading to superior aromas and a preserved terpenes experience.
Since the silicone fingers are flexible and do not attach to the sticky trichomes, the structure of the flower stays intact. Speed is also a factor in preserving trichome structures, and Softrim 1lb/20 sec process rate acts to further minimize damage.
