Softrim 1000 Commercial
The flagship deleafing machine, built for operations running 1,250 lbs a month and up. Bucked flower is loaded straight from the dry room and processed at up to one pound every 20 seconds, with thousands of food-grade silicone fingers massaging leaf off the flower rather than cutting it. At 3,000 lbs a month, one Softrim 1000 does the work of roughly 46 hand trimmers.
Softrim Craft
Hand-trim quality at machine speed, for the cultivator running 200 to 1,000 lbs a month. The Craft sits between the Personal clamshell and the 1000 production line — built for growers whose margins depend on trichome and terpene preservation rather than raw volume. The same bladeless technology in a shoebox-sized, hand-operated clamshell, for home and craft growers up to 200 lbs a month. About 30 minutes a pound against eight hours by hand, with no motor, no blades and no metal touching your flower. Dishwasher safe, made in the USA, $600.

Unit counts assume properly dried flower and vary with strain, moisture and bud density. Hand-trimmer equivalents above 3,000 lbs per month are not modelled — at that volume, crew-based trimming is no longer practical.
Choosing Between the Three
What if I am right on the line between two machines?
Size up. A grower at 200 lbs a month can run two Softrim Personals or one Craft — the Craft costs less per pound processed and leaves headroom for a bigger harvest.
Do the three machines trim differently?
No. All three use the same patent-pending, blade-free silicone finger technology, and none of them cut the flower. What changes is throughput and how the flower is fed through.
Can I add a second unit later instead of moving up a tier?
Yes, and many growers do. The chart shows where two units of a smaller machine cover the volume — at 200 lbs with two Personals, and at 750 to 1,000 lbs with two Crafts.
Does a Softrim replace hand trimming completely?
For most growers a two-pass run finishes the flower. Some operations keep a small crew for final touch-up on premium lots, which is a fraction of the labor a full hand-trim line requires.
How do I know my flower is dry enough to run?
Softrim works on properly dried flower in the 10–14% moisture range. Wetter material smears; over-dry material sheds trichomes regardless of trimming method.
