Softrim Personal uses the same technology that is at the heart of our proven consumer deleafing machines, to date successfully processing hundreds of thousands of pounds of product. The same patent-pending silicon fingers that tenderly remove the waste from the flower, leaving trichomes or cannabinoids intact, are now available in a hand-held sliding mechanism that easily glides over and cleans the bud. How It Works
Softrim Personal consists of two lightweight flat surfaces, each about the length and width of a shoebox. The top surface is designed to easily slide over the top of the bottom surface. The two facing surfaces are covered with components formulated to meet FDA, EU and BfR food contact regulations
The top surface, fitted with an exterior handle, slides over the bottom, within a vertical range between the surfaces that accommodates small to large raw cannabis flowers.
One or more flowers are placed between the surfaces. The user then gently slides the surfaces back and forth over the flower to remove waste from the bud. Waste is captured in an indentation in the lower surface.
Critical trichomes and cannabinoids do not stick to the pliant silicon fingers and thus remain on the bud as the waste material is scrubbed away. Self lubricating materials allows the surfaces to glide easily over each other, minimizing the effort to do so.
After the buds are trimmed, waste is easily removed from the lower surface and the entire unit can be cleaned with kitchenware in a standard home dishwasher.
